1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pq789", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pq789 gaming platform, its operators, and its authorised representatives.
• "Platform" means the pq789 website accessible at pq789.net, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pq789 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pq789 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and applicable bonuses.

• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or any other incentive granted by pq789 under specific promotional terms.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which the pq789 Platform operates.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pq789 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside pq789's Privacy Policy and any specific Bonus or Promotion Terms issued in connection with particular offers. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

3 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pq789. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pq789 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) number, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pq789 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pq789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pq789 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

pq789 operates a risk-based KYC framework consistent with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time pq789 deems verification necessary: a copy of your CNIC or passport; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address; and proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account). Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by pq789 may result in Account restriction.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pq789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank. pq789 does not accept payments in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by pq789; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the pq789 cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by pq789 from time to time and may vary based on your Account verification status, transaction history, and applicable promotional terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Accounts are processed by pq789 within one business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically clear within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. pq789 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is material or where unusual account activity has been detected.

5.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pq789 Account are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. pq789 is required under its licensing obligations to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately and reported without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pq789 are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions published alongside each promotion. These Terms and Conditions provide the general framework within which all promotions operate; specific promotion pages or bonus notifications may impose additional or more restrictive conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds will not be available for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

pq789 maintains automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses via duplicate Accounts; systematically exploiting low-edge game categories to satisfy wagering requirements; coordinated multi-account abuse by groups of Players; and using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions on promotions. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings voided without prior notice. pq789's determination in such matters is final.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

pq789 reserves the right to exclude specific Players from specific promotions at its discretion, including Players who have previously abused promotional terms or Players whose wagering patterns suggest professional gambling activity incompatible with the recreational intent of promotional offers.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers placed on pq789 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market type, and competition. Cricket betting — including PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test match markets — is governed by pq789's Cricket Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding settlement, pq789's trading team decision is final and binding.

7.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino and live casino games available on pq789 are provided by certified third-party gaming software providers. Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are those certified by the game provider's independent testing laboratory. pq789 does not modify or override game RTP settings.

7.3 Palpable Errors

pq789 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or commenced as a result of a palpable error — including manifestly incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or system malfunction. Where a palpable error is identified, affected wagers will be settled at the correct price or voided at pq789's discretion, with the original stake returned to the Player's Wallet. pq789 is not liable for any inconvenience or losses caused by palpable errors.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or an in-play betting event, pq789's server-side game logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a game round was initiated and completed server-side prior to disconnection, the result will stand. Where a disconnection prevented a game round from completing, the stake will be returned to your Wallet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pq789 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, scrape data, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pq789's games or systems for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to pq789 support and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by pq789.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party without that party's explicit, documented consent. All payment methods used on pq789 must be registered in your own name.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed toward pq789 staff or other Players through the live chat or any other communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

pq789 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pq789 Account holders and can be activated at any time from within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR to control your spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing to track the time you spend on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-off period, your Account remains open but wagers cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of the request being received by pq789 support.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by pq789

pq789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where pq789 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, all funds held in the Account may be frozen pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pq789 support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request from a fully verified Account holder, pq789 will process any pending withdrawal of the Account balance — subject to applicable KYC checks — within five business days. Accounts holding open wagers at the time of closure request will have those wagers settled normally before the Account is closed.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. pq789 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder via their registered email address before classifying an Account as dormant. A monthly administration fee of PKR 200 may be applied to dormant Accounts to cover account maintenance costs. The dormant account fee will only be deducted where the Account holds a positive balance; it will not create a negative balance. You may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting pq789 support.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pq789 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive property of pq789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pq789 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pq789 content without express written authorisation.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pq789's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate Account termination.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pq789 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; interruption of service; or any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Platform's content.

pq789's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pq789 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pq789 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

pq789's collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the pq789 Privacy Policy.

In summary, pq789 collects personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes of Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. pq789 does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers. Your CNIC details, financial information, and transaction records are treated as highly sensitive data and are protected by industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pq789 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to pq789's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with pq789 support, either party may escalate the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Nothing in this clause limits pq789's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pq789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pq789 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pq789 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 10.2.
